Three motorcyclists have lost their lives in four days on Cork roads
The latest fatality was a man in his 40's who was fatally injured in a crash in Ballydesmond this morning
This morning's collision between a motorcycle and a truck happened at Toureenfineen shortly before 8 o'clock
The man's body will be removed to Cork University Hospital where a post-mortem will take place.
The road remains closed at this time and local diversions are in operation
Yesterday evening a motorcyclist in his 20's was killed after a collision with a van in Ballinahina shortly before 6 o'clock while on Sunday Niall Murphy a father of three from Wilton died after his motorbike crashed on the Banteer to Nad Road
10 people have now died on Cork roads so far this year.
