Farmer protests continued outside Dunnes Stores in Bishopstown and Monaghan overnight.

The demonstrations began yesterday over the price they're getting for their produce.

Farmers blocked car park entrances with their tractors in a bid to encourage Dunnes to the negotiating table.

A man charged with sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl in Fermoy, Co Cork's due to reappear in court later.

Kamil Szymczak (PRON: SHIM-ZAK), with an address in Fermoy, appeared before Mallow District Court last Wednesday.

The 34-year-old, who's originally from Poland, was refused bail and remanded in custody.

Anti-social behaviour from students will not be tolerated.

That's according to The Magazine Road and Surrounding Area's Resident's Association who say they're happy to see that UCC have created a role to deepen relationships between students and local residents.

All remaining legal Covid-19 restrictions will be lifted in Northern Ireland from today.
