Emergency services have battled a house fire through the night in Eastferry Marina.
5 units from Cork county were alerted to the blaze at the farmhouse near Walterstown around
7:50 yesterday evening.
Units from Cobh and Midleton remain at the scene and it's understood they are dealing with an asbestos roof fire.
A 60 year old male taken to hospital with smoke inhalation.

The City's first cost rental homes are under construction.
Clúid Housing is to deliver a mix of cost rental and social homes on the Lancaster Gate site, close to The Lough.
The Echo reports the 88 new apartments will consist of 73 cost rental homes and when complete will
feature one, two, and three-bedroom properties.
