Truckers have blocked part of Dublin port in a protest against rising fuel prices.
A convoy of trucks left Kennedy Quay in Cork at 3am this morning to attend the protest in the capital.
The demonstration caused significantly less disruption than a similar one in November, with turnout lower than expected.
However, demonstrators say they will hold more protests if needed.
This trucker says the soaring costs are unmanageable.
"Diesel's come down to a to a price or it was a Christmas there, around a euro or something like that but it was just it's skyrocketing and like, like my lorry holds 500 litres of diesel, which around Christmas is around €500 plus the VAT to fill it. Now it's €800 plus the VAT to fill it. Like it's just it's gone too far."
