Two men have been arrested as part of a Garda investigation targeting organised criminal activity in Cork.
The men, who are both believed to be in their 40s, were arrested in a woodland area between Carrignavar and Glenville villages
They have been taken to two garda stations in Cork where they are being held under Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act
This morning's arrests follow a major surveillance operation
