Business leaders from across the country gathered at the Mansion House in Dublin yesterday, for the inaugural Business & Finance ESG Awards.
Over 300 people attended the awards, where two Cork recipients were winners.
Cool Planet's Norman Crowley received the special recognition ESG Leader Award for global leading in energy and solar services, meanwhile Cork's Dairygold Co-operative Society Ltd took home the Energy Efficiency Initiative Award.
With over 100 entries from 80+ companies nationwide, the ESG awards were established to recognise and celebrate individuals and groups who are actively striving to address environmental, social and governance issues.
