Two Men Arrested As Part Of Investigation Into Unexplained Death Of A Cork Man In Kerry In August

26 year old Darragh Sheehan from Doneraile died after he was found unconscious outside the Gleneagle hotel in Killarney.

Gardaí in Killarney arrested two men in their 20s and 40s this morning in relation to the unexplained death of Darragh Sheehan.

Darragh was pronounced dead after he was found unresponsive outside the Gleneagle Hotel on the Muckross Road in Killarney on Saturday the 29th of August.

Both men are currently being detained at Killarney Garda Station.

Two men arrested yesterday as part of the investigation have been released without charge and a file is being prepared for the DPP.

Investigations are ongoing. A post-mortem was completed at the time however the results were not released for operational purposes.

It's believed the north Cork man, who was engaged to his fianceé Karen, died after he was put in a headlock during an altercation on Saturday night.
