Stephen Ring's body was found over the weekend in a remote quarry.
He had been reported missing from Clonard in Co Wexford on October 15th.
On Sunday, Gardaí discovered his body in water in a remote quarry at Shelmalier Commons - with officers believing he suffered a violent death and had been assaulted.
It's believed he had attacked shortly after he was last seen.
A man in his 40s and a woman in her 30s were arrested and questioned.
They've now been charged and are due before Wexford District Court this morning.
