The local neighbourhood street clean will take place tomorrow, Thursday the 4th of October.
All litter picking equipment will be provided on the day.
The clean will start at 5pm and the public are encouraged to join University College Cork Students, Staff and local residents at UCC Community Gardens on College Road and take part.
University College Cork (UCC) Community Week has been taking place all this week (October 11th-17th) and this is just one of 50 free events taking place.
Online activities, in person events across Cork and even internationally, have been happening over the last few days, with talks, tours, demonstrations and exhibitions in the mix.
