Irish universities have improved slightly in the latest global rankings, breaking a decline in the last number of years.
UCC is up 52 places in the last two years to 286th, NUIG is in 238th while UCD is in 177th.
Trinity College Dublin remains Ireland's highest ranked university up 7 spots to 101st place.
