University College Cork has teamed up with past alumni to offer final and penultimate-year undergraduate students mentorship.
35 past students of the university will offer these current students guidance and their own experience on the transition from academic life into their chosen careers.
It is the first time that such a scheme has been offered in UCC's 176-year history.
