The South Gate Bridge in the city centre will be closed to all traffic until Monday.
That's after a wall collapsed between the car park and the river bank.
Emergency Services, including the Gardaí, Fire Brigade and City Council are at the scene.
Diversions are in place - and Gardaí have asked all motorists to avoid the area.
It will remain closed to traffic until Monday.
Pedestrians can still cross the bridge.
