Met Éireann have issued a status yellow rainfall warning for Munster.
The warning comes into effect at 2am tonight until midday tomorrow.
Heavy thundery downpours are expected overnight and during Monday with accumulations of 25 to 40mm in places.
Localised flooding is also expected.
It follows severe flooding in many parts of West Cork this week which it's estimated has caused millions of euros worth of damage.
