Speaking to RedFM News, Councillor Ken O'Flynn says if the Government don't intervene, this will be the first of many closures to come.
"This long established business which has been going for 22 years, which is a fantastic service to the north and the city of Cork, well known and well liked restaurant which was doing everything right, businesses owners that were doing everything right, just couldn't survive and couldn't go on.
"It's indicative of what's going on across the country, I think this is going to be the first of many closures to come if the Government doesn't come up with good, strong planning for business, and in particular for those in the service industry."
