A woman in her 30s is due in court later this morning charged in connection with an aggravated burglary in the city last Friday.
The robbery happened at Bull's Lane on Blackpool Road during which man in his 70s was injured and a sum of cash was taken.
The woman was arrested yesterday along with a man also in his 30s.
He's still being held at Mayfield Garda Station while she will appear before Cork City District Court this morning.
