A Corkman has opened his own “Sir Henry’s” in Australia.
Ian Jeffrey who now lives in Perth decided to start brewing a new stout which he describes as slightly sweeter than Beamish or Murphy’s.
Ian decided to name the new drink “Sir Henry” and opened the brewery as a music venue paying tribute to the Cork nightclub which closed in 2003.
