That's according to a new survey of 700 people conducted by Cork's RedFM
It shows that the COVID19 outbreak has familiarised people with shopping online.
However Cork traders say they don't expect that to negatively affect them as they were forced to enhance their presence online as a result of the COVID19 restrictions, and they say their customers have remained loyal.
