54 people have died from Covid-19 in Cork and Kerry since the pandemic began.
The latest figures from the CSO show 40 people died in Cork between the 20th of March and the 29th of May, while there were no deaths in Kerry during the same time.
The median age of those who died in the South-West region of Cork and Kerry is 83.
Cork has the second highest number of confirmed cases of the virus on 1,529 while Dublin has the highest on 12,158.
