900,000 people aged over 16 haven't received their Covid booster.
The HSE says 3.7 million people in this age-group have completed their primary course of vaccines.
But only 2.8 million of them have got a booster.
Director of the National Immunisation Office, Dr Lucy Jessop, is encouraging people to come forward.
