98% of Leaving Certificate students have registered for the new calculated grading system.
Over 60,000 pupils had signed up on the portal before today's noon deadline.
Around 1,000 students did not register their details.
The Department of Education will engage with schools over the coming weeks to figure out if there were parrticular reasons for this.
