The Irish Examiner reports Scoil Bhríde primary school in Rathcormac contacted the parents and guardians of over 400 students.
The school says close contacts have been notified and that all other children should attend classes as normal today unless they are showing any symptoms of the virus.
Scoil Chlíodhna in Carrigtwohill and Scoil Bhríde Eglantine in Douglas have also confirmed cases of covid-19 in the past week.
