The trip was cut after just one day due to the coronavirus
A report in the Irish Examiner says the local authority is actively pursuing a refund of 22,000 Euro of the 35,000 they had spent on the trips, which would have sent City Hall officials and councillors to New York, Detroit and Chicago.
