Commission for Aviation Regulation says passengers of cancelled flights entitled to refunds

The Commission for Aviation Regulation says airlines can't just offer vouchers for cancelled flights during the coronavirus pandemic.

In a statement today, it says passengers are legally entitled to choose a cash refund instead of a voucher.
