Representatives of the construction industry insists they are taking health and safety on sites very seriously.
Thousands of workers are returning to building sites across the country today in the first phase of the reopening of the country.
Director General of the Construction Industry Federation , Tom Parlon says a lot of effort has gone into planning for this move.
"This national returns safely to work, it's a collaborative effort between the HSA, the HSE, the Department of Health.
"There has been big collaboration between trade unions and employer representatives, I've been in all the meetings myself.
"The construction industry and all our members are taking this extremely seriously."
