Cork Airport says a financial support mechanism is critical to support the recovery of Irish Aviation.
It follows a meeting in Dublin Castle last evening where division emerged over the publication of a green list.
Tánaiste Leo Varadkar has said there shouldn't be a list if the advice to travel is not also going to change.
