A Cork businessman is donating €80,000 worth of food to those in need.
Barra Sweetnam of the Little Island based AllFresh fruit and veg wholesaler says his business has gone down by 95% since the coronavirus crisis hit hotels, restaurants, cafes and pubs.
The Irish Examiner reports that homeless charities, hospital staff, mursing homes and people living in direct provisison will benefit from the donation.
