Cork County Council is expanding its library delivery service.
Originally focused on delivering books and magazines to people who had to self isolate and cocoon, the service has recently surpassed 1,000 home deliveries and has been expanded to include musical instruments and activity packs for children in direct provision.
The packs contain colouring challenges, puzzles, word games and activity sheets and have been delivered to residents in Millstreet, Mallow and Clonakilty, with additonal deliveries planned.
