80 year old Chris and 77 year old Maura Daly from Mahon were born on the same day and had planned to have a big celebration before being forced to cocoon when the pandemic hit.
The Lord Mayor Cllr John Sheehan heard Chris and Maura were keen to mark the day thanks to a family friend and turned up with flowers and a cake.
