The charity had planned to open a new facility close to their city centre kitchen in the past few weeks, however construction was forced to stop due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Service users will be able to book a free appointment with a doctor and dentist, while there will also be help for those dealing with addiction and mental health issues.
Well known chefs will also host cookery classes to help people to feed their family good food on a budget.
