Cork University Hospital Has Enough Staff To Deal With The Coronavirus Pandemic In Its Current State

That's according to Oncology Consultant at CUH Dr Richard Bambury

He says while a number of confirmed cases of Covid-19 have been presented at the hospital, the majority have been very mild, with most patients well enough to self isolate at home.

Earlier this week it was announced that CUH has created additional bed capacity if there is a need for more inpatient beds in the coming weeks.

Outpatient appointments have been reduced and rescheduled at CUH, and this is being reviewed on an ongoing basis.
