The government's approved a waiver of court fees and excise duties for vintners for the second year in a row.
Minister for Justice Heather Humphreys says pubs, bars, nightclubs and restaurants will all benefit from the measure.
The Minister says it will help stimulate economic activity and employment as the sector reopens, in line with government and public health recommendations.

The Tánaiste says couples getting married in August should plan on the basis of a 50 person limit at their wedding.
Numbers allowed at the ceremonies are currently restricted to 50 people.
But it had been hoped this would be expanded to 100 from next month.
However, Leo Varadkar says couples shouldn't rely on this.
