There have been calls for live music to be allowed indoors as well as outdoors after changes to the Fáilte Ireland guidelines.

They mean outdoor events of up to 200 people are allowed as long as people don't mix between the tables.

The advice comes following the controversy over Leo Varadkar's attendance at a function for 50 people at the Merrion Hotel.
