Debenhams staff say the government should step in to try to save some two thousand jobs across the retailer's Irish arm, which faces liquidation.
Workers will hold a protest at Leinster House later this morning, demanding the consultation process for the wind-up be delayed.
They say there's still some possibility of organising a rescue package, and that several Debenhams shops and the online store are still profitable.
Gardaí ordered some staff from the Henry Street store in Dublin to go home during their first picket last month, citing pandemic restrictions.
Jane Crowe, the group's shop steward, says officers have been more understanding since - and hopes that can continue.
"They allowed us 20 minutes in Henry Street and we had to move after that, and we respected that, we did move.
"We went to the courts, we protested at the courts, the Gardai there were very good to us and at the Dáil last week they were very helpful, and we thanked them at the end of it for their support as well.
"So we're hoping today will be the same."
