The Transport Minister has re-iterated he believes every fully vaccinated person will have their Digital Covid Cert by July 19th.
The certs, which will allow people to go on holiday, will start being issued next Monday.
A Government spokesperson says it can’t be guaranteed for all 1.8 million vaccinated people by July 19th.
However, Eamon Ryan believes it can.
"If there are some data sets where someone has not the correct email or not the correct address, there are various issues we'd have to resolve when you have that volume of names and addresses there are going to be issues.
"There will also be a call centre, and we'll provide back up support where people can get their certs, and I'm confident it will be in place and working well."
