Fresh Calls Made For Clarity On The Reopening Of Pubs On July 20th

Publicans in Cork say they're still in the dark with no clear path on how to reopen in just under two weeks time

Renewed calls have been made for clarity and a solid plan for the reopening of pubs on July 20th.

It follows recent comments by the Cork branch of the Vintners Federation of Ireland to RedFM News that the issuing of guidelines for July 20th was too slow.

Publicans in Cork say they're still in the dark with no clear path on how to reopen in just under two weeks time.

Speaking to RedFM News owner of the Castle Inn and Cork City chair of the VFI Michael O'Donovan says pubs need to reopen, and they need more solid guidelines than what was issued for those reopening on June 29th:
