Gardai have used special powers to enforce Covid 19 restrictions 53 times in the last week.
They've now been used by the force 192 times since they came into effect last month.
That includes arrests and incidents where names and addresses of people were taken before deciding if charges would be brought.
Gardai say they're still seeing a high level of compliance with the restrictions at checkpoints and other locations.
Since April 8th, there have also been 64 incidents where a member of Gardai was coughed or spat at.
