Government set to extend Wage Subsidy Scheme until March next year

The scheme aims to prop up businesses who's turnover's dramatically reduced by restrictions and had been due to wind down at the end of the year.

However the Business Post reports ministers are in favour of the extension due to the number of companies still hit by restrictions and facing into a quieter winter season.
