Head of HSE says phase one a minor step and not one ‘big single moment'

The head of the HSE says next Monday will only be a minor step in the reopening of the country and not a ‘big single moment.’

Senior health officials have been meeting to discuss the easing of restrictions on May the 18th.

If given the green light, groups of four can gather, DIY centres will reopen and sport like golf and tennis will resume.

Paul Reid says, any easing of restrictions, would only be small.
