Parades in Blarney, Cobh, Midleton, Whitegate and Youghal have been cancelled in the past few days due to the spread of the virus.
City Hall say they are monitoring the situation regarding their St Patrick's Day Festival and are waiting on guidance from the expert group set up the National Public Health Emergency team.
