The Health Minister says some restrictions will be relaxed quickly once the road map is published next week.
NPHET is currently meeting to discuss the easing of all remaining restrictions, ahead of the Government publishing its plan next Tuesday.
Minister Stephen Donnelly says once everyone who wants a vaccine has been vaccinated, the use of the digital covid cert for indoor dining will no longer be required.
He says a timeline for ending restrictions will be clearly laid out in the road map.
