They say there has been a 28% rise in the number of cases they are dealing with since the pandemic began.
Threshold say the temporary ban on evictions and rent increases has provided some relief to renters, but they fear that once these measures are lifted that they may be left exposed to rent arrears due to significant losses in income.
The charity says this growing sense of uncertainty is particularly strong among renters who are now receiving the Covid-19 Pandemic Unemployment Payment.
This bank holiday weekend Threshold is urging listeners to build a den and in the process help save a home by starting a facebook fundraiser or donating to their website so they can continue to support people to stay in their homes.
