Staycations are proving very popular as the country reopens

Today hotels, restaurants and pubs that serve food were all given the green light to reopen.

A huge boost to the local economy is expected from domestic tourism in the coming months.

Speaking to RedFM News owner of Inchydoney Island Lodge and Spa Des O'Dowd says the local support has been incredible and the remainder of the summer is looking very busy:
