House Prices Which Had Dropped By 7% On Average Across Cork Made A Sharp Recovery In June

That's according to the latest property index by Daft.ie

It shows the average cost of a home in Cork City is now €265,000 while the price in the county stands at €218,000.

Most parts of the country show similar trends as unsurprisingly the housing market had a "wobble" during lockdown.

Speaking to RedFM News Ronan Lyons of Daft.ie says while the market is a little unstable if Covid-19 remains suppressed the housing market could return to normality:
