The Irish Wheelchair Association's bus fleet is being used to bring testing personnel to vulnerable adults.
The organisation is facilitating people with a disability, who can't make it to a hub or centre, to be tested in their own home.
Senior Government Official Elizabeth Canavan says the service will be particularly helpful in rural areas.
