It's a drop of over 160,000 passengers compared to the same time last year.
KLM and Aer Lingus will operate up to 18 flights a week to Amsterdam and Heathrow between the 15th of November and December 5th.
The Airport will also provide services for Search and Rescue flights, the Coastguard and Garda Helicopters as well as Medevac and transplant flights.
Management say the Government need to urgently implement a low cost testing regime at airports to restore public confidence in air travel.
