VHI is waiving half of its customers' premiums from mid May until mid August - and 30 per cent of dental insurance cover.
While Laya is giving a 195 euro rebate for adults and 60 euro for children between April and June.
And Irish Life Health is to give a rebate of between 36 and 60 per cent for those on advanced plans.
All three insurers are also extending their range of online consultation options.
