Taoiseach addressed the nation to reveal detail of the three county lockdown and reminded people that "We are all responsible for each other"
The Government has imposed a localised lockdown on Kildare Laois and Offaly for a two week period
The new restrictions mean -
* Restaurants / pubs are closed except for takeaway or delivery or outdoor dining - maximum 15 people with strict social distancing
* Nursing home visits and visits to prisons suspended
* Preparations for school reopening continue
* Householders to restrict visitors to 6 people from no more than 3 homes
* Outdoor gatherings limited to 15 people
* Non contact sport groups of no more than 15
* Contact sports cease
* Essential only travel outside each county
