Nearly a quarter of those eligible for their first Covid booster vaccine, haven't got the jab.
But the HSE says 10,000 people did come forward for it last week.
Many people weren't able to get the booster for three months because they got Covid around the new year.
The HSE's director of vaccinations, Damien McCallion, is encouraging those who are now eligible, to come forward.
