A plan to gradually loosen restrictions in Northern Ireland is expected to be announced today.
The Stormont Assembly held a detailed meeting about the lockdown on Monday.
A review of the measures is due by tomorrow, and Finance Minister Conor Murphy says he hopes it will be finalised today.
"It is important to give at the earliest possible time a signal to people that there is light at the end of this tunnel, and that we will begin to move to slightly more normal society again.
"These aren't just simply a matter of lifting restrictions, the consequences of doing this will have severe implications for our healthcare system, the consequences of doing this wrongly could have severe implications for people's lives."
