The number of cases of coronavirus on the island of Ireland has passed 20,000 for the first time.
An extra 142 positive tests were confirmed in the North yesterday, bringing its total to 3,016.
There are now 263 deaths from Covid-19 in the six counties, after another 13 were reported yesterday.
But the North's finance minister, Conor Murphy, claims the strict restrictions are having a big impact.
"Our experience, tragic as it is for every individual family who has lost someone, has not been as bad as in other parts, and so that key message is working.
"So if we are to consider any alterations to those restrictions, and we do on a continual basis, the executive meets three days a wee and we discuss all of these issues on a very regular basis, then it has to be based on that scientific advice."
